Choosing to create fully bespoke wedding stationery makes the world of ink and paper your oyster.
Every detail - from concept to final impression - is both designed and printed in my studio. Whether in letterpress or hot foil, your wedding invitations are crafted as one-of-a-kind works of art, telling your story in timeless luxury.
We’ll work together to create a suite of exquisite wedding invitations, save the dates, RSVPs and assorted gorgeous extras that really represent you and your inimitable style.
We’ll explore colours, textures and fonts to find the custom combination that’s right for you and your wedding day. Dive into luxury hand-mixed inks, polished typography and the flourishes of contemporary hand lettered calligraphy plus the shimmer of hot foil, personalised wax seals, custom illustration, hand drawn maps and of course the sophisticated sexiness of letterpress debossing. As I design every element from scratch in my studio, it ensures we have full creative control and we can truly reflect you in your wedding stationery – you’ll have all these options and more to play with, and the possibility of some truly exquisite results.
From consultation, concept development and artistic design, to the pristine quality and luxury packaging containing your finished invitations, every detail of the Ink & Paper experience has been designed to elevate your wedding invitations into something more than simply an announcement of your upcoming celebration. I only take on around fifteen bespoke invitation commissions a year, typically spending two to three months on each commission to ensure that you walk away with wedding stationery that is truly unique. This is the perfect path to choose if you have a clear vision of your invitations and what you want to bring to life!

It was love at first sight for me and Ink & Paper. I came across Grania’s beautiful stationery on Instagram and after that nothing else compared. Meeting Grania via zoom it was so obvious that she completely ‘got’ us as a couple and Instead of the design brief informing the stationery, the stationery took on a life of its own and started to inform the design of the whole event. The invitations including custom drawing of our house set the scene and tone for a sophisticated soirée, but it was the on the day stationery which completely blew it out of the water. I’m going to miss working with Grania. I feel I made a real friend. So fun. Don’t hesitate to commission her.
So how does the bespoke invitation process work?
Designing and creating a fully bespoke suite of wedding stationery is a personal and creative process. I limit the number of bespoke commissions I take on each year to ensure I can give each couple my full attention, and I often work closely with wedding planners to make sure every stationery detail harmonises with the wider celebration design.

We start with a consultation, where we will talk about your love story, your wedding-day ideas, and the things that make you tick as a couple. Remember, inspiration for your wedding invitations can be drawn from anywhere, so don’t forget the passions and interests you share outside of the world of wedmin.

I’ll put together a stationery quote for you based on everything we have chatted about. If it all sounds good and you want to get stuck into designing your gorgeous luxury wedding invitations…
Is this love.
I’ll then get creative and put together an initial design proposal for you, including suggested colour palette, two custom design routes, visual inspiration, and recommended paper stocks.
A design for life.
Once your concept has been refined and finalised, it’s design time!
I’ll take all the information you’ve given me to create your full bespoke invitation design, bringing you a full-colour digital proof of your invitation or suite.
Make an impression.
Then it’s time to hit the printing press. Every aspect of your invitations is produced in house, from letterpress and hot foil printing to hand calligraphy and wax seal stamps.
Signed, sealed, delivered.
Now it’s time to wait eagerly for the postman as your luxury wedding stationery is beautifully packaged and delivered to your door.

How Much Does Bespoke Cost?
Budgeting for your wedding can feel immensely stressful, with so many elements being “well exactly how long is a piece of string?”. And wedding stationery is no different, but the good news is that there is a stationer out there for every budget. If your heart is set on custom or bespoke invitations, you should expect to spend a little more on your wedding stationery. I don’t offer a price list for bespoke invitations as there are so many variables and different moving parts involved; however, I have broken out the core cost elements below:
The design fee
Your stationery pricing is split into design and production costs. My design fee starts at £895 for invitations, or £1,195 for save-the-dates and invitations commissioned together. The invitation design fee includes a three-piece suite: your invitation, details card and RSVP.
Bespoke hand-drawn details, such as venue portraits, maps or calligraphed elements, are quoted individually. Following our initial consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal covering design and production. As a guide, many of my couples invest upwards of £2,500 in their wedding invitations, or £5,000 across invitations and on-the-day stationery.
As a full-service design and print studio, I bring together original design and specialist printing to create stationery that feels unmistakably yours, from the first invitation to the finishing touches on your wedding tables.
If you’d like to carry that design through to your wedding day, on-the-day design fees start at £995, with multi-event celebrations and more extensive commissions starting at £1,495. Your fee reflects the range of pieces, original artwork and design work involved, with production quoted separately.
Print and production costs
Beautiful stationery begins with exceptional materials. I work with high-quality, sustainably sourced papers, chosen to complement the tactile impression of letterpress and the lustre of hot foil. Each suite is printed and finished with care in small quantities, with close attention to every detail.
Production for a bespoke Ink & Paper invitation suite typically ranges from £15–£40+ per suite, depending on the number of inserts, papers, print finishes and details you choose, such as wax seals, custom envelope liners, ribbons or wraps. Design fees are quoted separately.
During our consultation, we’ll explore your vision, the atmosphere of your celebration and the details that matter most to you. From there, I’ll put together a considered proposal, with design and production costs clearly outlined. Any changes to the scope or price will always be agreed with you before we proceed.

On the Day Stationery
I love nothing more than creating a full range of luxury on-the-day stationery that will work in tandem with the style of your invitations. These are the elements of your décor that guests will personally interact with – the things they’ll read and remember, that they’ll hold in their hands, and slip into their pockets as a thoughtful reminder of the amazing time they’ve had.
I offer on the day stationery for couples that have booked Ink & Paper for their wedding invitations.
I can offer amongst other things, orders of service and programs, menus, placecards, table names & numbers, large and small signage.
